Street Eats

If you've read any of my blogs, travel or otherwise, you know that I love, love love street food. Love it. Nothing reveals more about a culture or a region or a country than what you can buy to nibble on the streets. Crepes hot with melted Nutella in the shadow of the Eiffel Tower in Paris; dainty scoops of gelato in the palazzos of Italy; a dirty water hot dog in New York City. I love it all - want to sample it all. Myanmar was no exception. You can get animal parts on sticks, fried anything and everything, sweet treats of origins best not explored. I just eat it up. Literally.
